4-Week Mountain Bike Training Series

It's that time of year again and I'm here to help you get ready for the season ahead so that you can get out there feeling strong and confident on your mountain bike. It's time to focus on YOU. This series is cross training designed for all levels and is divided into three pillars - STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, and MOBILITY.

This series is virtual so you can do it in the comfort of your home, or take it with you to the gym. We will be focusing on building strength, increasing endurance, power, stability, mobility, and speed. Results that you can expect are:

- power to your pedaling
- pulling strength for tough uphill section
- pushing strength for downhill endurance
- core strength for stability and control
- stronger endurance capacity to charge harder
- injury prevention
- confidence in yourself mentally and physically to show up stronger on your bike every single ride

There are 4 training sessions per week for a total of 16 classes. Each week will consist of 2 strength classes, 1 endurance, and 1 mobility.
